Arapaho United Methodist Church strives to be a neighborhood church that is: intellectually challenging, emotionally stimulating and spiritually nourishing. There are many opportunities for adult members as well as visitors to learn more about their faith, in a nurturing community.

We offer two services each Sunday: One at 8:30am and one at 11:00am.
Childcare is available for infants up to kindergarten during worship services and all church activities. For more information visit our childcare page.
Sunday School: 9:45am-10:45am.

Dress at all services is casual. Dress for your own comfort.
If you live within 5 miles from the church and you’d like to attend Sunday School and 11pm Worship on a regular basis, but you don’t drive or have a ride – Mobile Ministry to the rescue! To reserve your seat for the church’s free Sunday morning shuttle service (pickup before Sunday School and return after Worship) call Judy at 972-231-1005 by 2pm Friday. You can also email her. A Mobile Ministry representative will contact you to confirm your pickup location and time.

How to Join AUMC
New members are always welcome at AUMC and we would be delighted to receive you into the fellowship of this congregation. At the end of the 8:30am and 11:00am worship services (during the closing hymn) the pastor asks if anyone would like to join our congregation. If you are ready, go to the front of the sanctuary and join the pastors who will welcome you.
You may join by Profession of Faith or by Transfer of Membership.
Profession of Faith
Profession of Faith means that you are desiring for the first time to profess your faith in Christ and to grow that faith here and within this faith community.
Transfer of Membership
Transfer of Membership means that you are moving your membership from another Christian faith tradition, denomination or another United Methodist Church into our church.
The main thing for you to know is this: You are welcome here. If you have any concerns or questions about joining our family of faith please contact one of our ministers by email or call 972-231-1005.
