Who are we?

We are adults.  Youth. Seniors. Children. Families.  Couples.  Singles.  Partners. We are retired.  Working. Volunteers. Students of all ages. We are different. We are alike. We are all children of God. We are a community of faith. We are open. We are friends. Mission is important to us. We celebrate tradition. We embrace change. We are growing in faith. We share God's unconditional love. We celebrate diversity, Christ's love, community, caring. If you are seeking a community like ours, you are welcome here!

Mission Statement

The mission of Arapaho United Methodist Church is to deliver God's message of unconditional love and reconciliation in ways that will reach the diverse people of our community. Our commitment is to proclaim that message by demonstrating the love of Christ as we care for all people, especially as we advocate the well-being of children, youth, and the aging. We call all people to gather for worship, to grow in relationships with Jesus Christ, to join our nurturing community, and to accept the challenge of discipleship.

The Art Glass Windows of AUMC

Brilliant jewels of light, the art glass windows of Arapaho United Methodist Church portray a series of related messages. The colorful windows are founded on scripture from both the Old and New Testaments. Artistic interpretation unifies multiple passages, which contribute to the central message of each window. The windows can be viewed as a cycle, a series of stories with one message leading to the next. To learn more, please visit the Art Glass Windows page.

The Columbarium of AUMC

The Columbarium of Arapaho United Methodist Church has been created to provide space for the inurnment of cremains of deceased Church members and other eligible persons in order to minister to the needs of both the deceased and the deceased's family and friends. The Columbarium gives the Church the ability to provide a home in God's House from baptism through life to death. For more information please visit the Columbarium page.
